Claims were investigated as to the entitlement of the contractor to additional costs and time extensions.
Work resulted in a increase in annual revenues from 300 M EGP (55 M USD) to 850 M EGP (155 M USD)
in 2009 by introducing an HR and motivational system while maintaining cost, time and quality for project
through a new project management system.
