Mabani Construction Co. is a subsidiary of the Green Towers Holding Group.

The task was organizational restructuring of the organization to raise its efficiency while raising its annual sales from 15 M EGP to 100 M EGP within three years. Efforts included redesigning the organizational chart and the introduction of new departments such as planning and control, quality control, human resources and document control, in terms of human resources selection and development and design of workflow.
