Task was the development of a revised project baseline schedule for all works and subcontractors
including electromechanical works. Task also included: schedule updates; acceleration analyses and
4-week look-ahead schedules.

Analyses and reports were submitted to the Main Contractor to guide
construction that resulted in introducing a night shift, and advice on sequencing of night shifts among
subcontractors, and coordination of subcontractors, which in total led to nearly tripling the site
productivity in about four months.
