Task was the development of a project baseline schedule for all works with project cash flow and
uploads all resources for a project subcontractor. Acted as consultant for contract administration and
claims. Claims included cost claims, penalties or charges reduced, and delay damages avoided via EOTs.
Claims preparation and negotiations with client resulted in extensions of time of 7 months.
